During Awareness Through Movement® Lessons, you are verbally guided through slow, mindful movements designed to give your brain an opportunity to improve how you move, promote relaxation, and enhance your sense of awareness and well being. People of all ages and levels of ability can participate in and benefit from these lessons. Functional Integration® lessons, are tailored to each student’s needs. Communicating through gentle touch, and movement in addition to words, the teacher helps you discover ways to move more easily.
